Creciendo Para Servir, or Growing to Serve, is ILGHN's second annual gathering for Latino and Hispanic local government professionals at every stage of their careers. This conference is a space to learn from our colleagues who have been there, invest in the next generation of local government professionals, and remind ourselves why we do this work in the first place: When we grow, we serve better.
