The City of Tualatin is excited to announce an opening for a Management Analyst II in our Information and Maintenance Services Department. The position coordinates, develops, and implements special projects and programs that have a broad impact on the Department and the City.
High-quality customer service, to both internal and external customers, is key to this
position. We are looking for a highly-organized, efficient, friendly, and helpful individual
with excellent time and project management skills. The position is responsible for a diverse set of high-impact projects and programs, which requires creativity, flexibility, the ability to self-start, strong communication, and planning and prioritization skills.
Responsibilities include running the City's Emergency Management program, managing the City's solid waste franchise, assistance with the annual department budget and monthly site safety program. In addition to working with City staff, there is coordination with and participation in regional Emergency Management, local emergency support groups, and Solid Waste committees. The incumbent will act as a liaison between the City and the public, provide information and presentations both internal and public. Communication responsibilities include creation and delivery of updates to the Maintenance Services Manager, Information Services Director, City Manager, City Council and other community groups on Departmental projects and programs in a variety of medias such as staff reports, and verbal reports and PowerPoint presentations.
