The Town of Needham is hiring for Management Analyst, responsible for supervising the day-to-day financial transactions within the DPW. Assists in preparation and oversight of the Department’s budget and provides other administrative functions, including oversight of purchasing, personnel, payroll and accounting functions. Helps develop each division’s budget, projecting and tracking spending. Coordinates recruitment and hiring for divisions.


  • Bachelors
  • 4 years related experience
  • Ability to obtain Massachusetts Certified Public Procurement Official (MCPPO) certification.
  • Multi-culturally competent, LGBTQ+ affirming, and committed to anti-racism and anti-discrimination
